RECIPE PREPARATION Dessert with cheese and tropical fruit compote:

Drain the compote first. We stop some fruits for decoration, and cut the rest smaller. In 100 ml of the juice from the compote we put gelatin and leave it to hydrate. We crumble the biscuits into smaller pieces.

Beat the whipped cream hard. Heat the gelatin in the microwave or in a bain-marie, taking care to bring it to the boiling point, without boiling it.

Mix the cheese with the powdered sugar and the vanilla sugar, until it becomes creamy, then pour in a thin thread the gelatin soaked in the syrup, mixing all the time. Mix the cream cheese with whipped cream. Put the crushed biscuits and fruits and mix with a wooden spoon. the composition in a cake form lined with food foil or in individual forms and put it in the fridge for a few hours. Mint.

Because we are entering the week of love, slowly approaching Valentine & # 8217s Day, when love is flourishing everywhere, we baked a weekend Tropical fruit cheesecake, a cheesecake made of a few simple ingredients that we can find anywhere, in any supermarket. To share our love, in a sweet and fragrant way, we need some biscuits, a little butter, a lot of cream cheese and a drop of cinnamon, above all an absolutely perfect layer of tropical fruits in compote, kindly offered by those from Sun Food.

  • 110 gr sugar cough

  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon

Preparation for the Cheesecake recipe with tropical fruits

Put the biscuits in a food processor and mix them a few times until you make a powder, flour. Add the butter cut into several pieces and mix several times until the butter is dispersed and homogenized. Transfer to a bowl and mix by hand several times. Grease a pan with butter and line it with the mixture of biscuits and butter. Let cool for 20 minutes, then cook over low heat for 10 minutes.

For the filling, put all the ingredients in a food processor and mix until the cheese becomes creamy and the mixture is completely homogenized.

Separate the eggs, beat the egg whites with 4 lg of sugar, the yolks with the rest. Mix the two compositions and sift on top the flour mixed with cocoa and baking powder. Mix lightly and bake in a rectangular shape over a suitable heat.

Mix the cheese until it reaches the consistency of a cream, add the sugar, honey and mix continuously. Add sour cream, lemon zest and gelatin, which I dissolved in a little water. At the end, add the fruit from the compote and pour the composition over the cooled top and syrup with the juice from a compote. The countertop should remain in the tray in which a high-walled tray has been baked. After the cream has hardened, pour on ½ from the tray the icing with pudding prepared exactly according to the instructions on the envelope, only instead of milk we use the amount of juice mentioned above. Spread the fruit on the other half and pour the jelly cake icing.
Keep cold for a few hours and portion according to preference.

  8. Syrup the top cooled with compote juice. Spread the cream cheese over the syrupy top, then sprinkle the tropical fruit in the compote.
  9. Enjoy a piece of fluffy cake with tropical fruits. Good appetite!

We will cleanse peel the fruits, we will cut them cubes ( orange kiwi, blackberries,), washers small (banana) and we will put them in a bowl.

Dessert with tropical fruits

A sweet loaded with exotic fruits & # 8211 mango, bananas, granadilla, papaya, lime and carambola, all full of taste and vitamins. This dessert looks just as special as it is tasty.

Here is a very easy to make dessert that does not require baking and we do not need too many ingredients. A few biscuits, a compote of fruit and whipped cream and we have a dessert that those around us will love. And if you love chocolate, complete the dessert with a layer of chocolate cream.

Ingredient:

  • a canned tropical fruit compote
  • 200 ml sour cream for whipped cream 30% fat

Method of preparation:

We need 4 glasses or if you want to make more portions, double the quantities above.

The biscuits cut according to the size of the glasses, soak them in the compote juice and put a layer on the bottom of each glass.

Put a generous layer of whipped cream over the biscuits.

Cream for whipped cream (cold from the fridge) mix it with powdered sugar until it hardens (you will not get a consistency like sweetened cream, but it is ok for such desserts).
